Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned in the client's residence.
• Assist with personal hygiene, transfers, and mobility.
• Prepare meals considering client dietary needs and preferences.
• Provide companionship and participate in activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes to the supervising team.
• Complete tasks as per EVV app and time sheets.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and Plan of Care, without administering medications.
