Qualifications

• 1+ year of verifiable caregiving experience or active CNA/LNA certification.
• Compassion, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, homemaker tasks, and companionship to help clients stay safe and independent at home.
• Follow a written plan of care and coordinate with nurses and supervisors to ensure quality care.
