Qualifications

• 1+ year of verifiable caregiving experience or active CNA/LNA certification.
• Compassion, reliability, and the willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse and provide personal care services, homemaker and companion care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.), meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility support.
• Support with medications reminders and range of motion exercises; assist with transfers using lifting devices as needed.
