BAYADA Home Health Care in Tucson, AZ is hiring Direct Care Workers to provide compassionate in-home care for clients. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour, with 1 to 12 hour shifts available across multiple Tucson locations.

As an HHA, you will assist with daily living tasks, light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, transfers, and medication support. Benefits include weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and 24/7 clinical manager support.

Competenze

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Current CNA/LNA license listed in good standing with the board.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.

Mansioni

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping and grooming.
• Assist with bathing and toileting.
• Support mobility and transfers using equipment as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes.
• Assist with medications per care plan.
• Provide home-management tasks such as laundry and meals.
