Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring caring individuals for CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aide roles across the Greater Phoenix area. We offer training if you’re new to the field and pay to train you. Positions available in Sun City/Sun City West and surrounding cities.

You’ll work with local clients, receive weekly pay, flexible scheduling, 24/7 nurse support, scholarships and career growth, PTO and strong safety protocols including PPE and fit testing. Training classes are available for new entrants.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of verifiable caregiving experience OR active CNA/LNA certification
• Compassion, reliability, and the willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse; provide personal care, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care) and household tasks
• Meal preparation and feeding; range of motion exercises; assist with ambulation and transfers; medication reminders
