Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in West Roxbury, MA is actively hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to assist clients with daily living activities at home. Positions available include full-time and part-time shifts, with first or second shift options and flexible scheduling.

Caregivers provide personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, companionship, light housekeeping, and adherence to care plans, in clients' homes across West Roxbury.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in clients' homes.
• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Help clients with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
