SYNERGY HomeCare in Brighton, MA is expanding its caregiving team and urgently hiring CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers. We offer flexible schedules, full-time and part-time opportunities, and weekly pay to support clients in maintaining comfort and independence at home.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and following individual care plans.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Experience in caregiving or home care preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive.
• Dependable with strong communication skills.
• Willing to work independently in clients' homes.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts.
• Vaccination records preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Support clients with walking, transfers, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and encourage social interaction.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean home.
• Follow care plans and daily routines.
• Report changes in clients' conditions to the team.
