Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care, mobility, meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and following care plans. Must have active CNA/HHA/PCA certification and reliable schedule adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes.
• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and clients’ daily routines.
• Report changes in clients’ conditions or care needs to the care team.
