Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Franklin, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care. Full-time and part-time roles with flexible schedules are available, including first and second shifts and weekday/weekend options.

You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and follow care plans. Must hold CNA/HHA/PCA certification and have reliable interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Active CNA/HHA/PCA certification required.
• Caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home.
• Able to commit to shifts and schedules.

Responsibilities
