SYNERGY HomeCare in Brookline, MA is urgently seeking compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs for full-time or part-time caregiver roles. We offer flexible scheduling, varying shifts, and immediate openings in Brookline.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, mobility support, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, and following individualized care plans while communicating changes to the care team.

Formación

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home.
• Dependable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
