Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Weymouth, MA is seeking compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs for in-home care assignments. We offer flexible schedules with 20–40 hours per week, including both first and second shifts, weekdays and weekends.

Immediate openings in Weymouth. As a caregiver, you will assist with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, companionship, and light housekeeping while following individualized care plans to support client independence and comfort in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Caring, patient, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home.
• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities
