Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate caregivers to join a supportive team. You will assist clients with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain dignity and comfort in the home.

Qualifications

• Nursing students seeking patient care experience.

• Strong communication skills and caring nature; ability to follow a care plan.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to maintain dignity and comfort.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, light exercise or walking.
• Prepare and serve meals for healthy, tasty options.
• Medication reminders; training provided.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities to brighten each day.
• Show enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and dedication to high-quality care.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment for clients.
• Occasional transportation for appointments or errands; miles reimbursed.
• Demonstrate respect for clients and teamwork within the agency.

Key Responsibilities
