Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. The role supports daily living activities and health monitoring, with duties spanning documentation and resident engagement.

Part-time and full-time hours are available, including 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am shifts, with every other weekend required. Hourly pay ranges from $18.50 to $19.75, depending on experience and schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Part time and full time hours available

6am-2pm, Part Time, Every Other Weekend Required

2pm-10pm, every other weekend required

10pm-6am, Every Other Weekend Required

$18.50/hr - $19.75/hr

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
