Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver care to residents at Waltham Crossing. The role supports a warm, home-like environment and requires a CNA license. Schedule options include full-time or part-time 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, with every other weekend.

Benefits are provided, including retirement and education programs. Prior nursing or assisted living experience is preferred but not required, with dementia experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Schedule: full time or part time 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, every other weekend required

Hourly rate: $19/hr - $20.25/hr

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
