Job summary
Cape Senior Home Health Care on Cape Cod is seeking CNAs and HHAs to provide one-on-one care in homes, hospice settings, and facilities across 15 towns. Join our team to support local families and help clients live safely and comfortably at home.
We offer flexible schedules (full-time or part-time), competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement. Experience with EHR systems is a plus, and all care is delivered with compassion and dedication.
Qualifications
- Valid CNA or HHA certification (Massachusetts)
- CPR and First Aid certified (BLS preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and support clients safely
- Comfortable using mobile apps or EHR software
- Compassionate, dependable, and motivated
- Experience in home care, hospice, or facility settings a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Help with mobility, walking and physical therapy exercises
- Monitor vital signs and nutritional intake
- Provide companionship and emotional care
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
- Accurately document care using EHR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks preferred)
- Report patient needs or changes in condition to nursing staff
- Protect patient privacy and comply with HIPAA guidelines
- Follow established care plans and safety protocols
