You will work with the nursing team and families to promote independence and quality of life, providing daily living support and essential care tasks. MA certification is required to qualify for this position.

Qualifications

• Must have active HHA certification in Massachusetts.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized home health care to clients as directed.
• Collaborate with nursing team, clients, and families to ensure total care.
• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming and daily living activities.
