Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Florida is hiring compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to care for clients, including those with dementia. We have openings in Parrish and nearby communities such as Bradenton, Ellenton, Palmetto, Lakewood Ranch and Anna Maria Island.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling (4-12 hour shifts), referral bonuses starting at $500, paid time off, 24/7 on-call clinical manager support, and access to BAYADA benefits after meeting

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience
• Current HHA license or CNA license OR 1 year verifiable caregiver experience
• BLS CPR with in-person component
• Level II Background Check

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $17-19/hour

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs):

• Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 32 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Home Care Field Employees working less than 32 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.
