Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to care for clients in Parrish and surrounding Florida communities. These roles emphasize dementia care and offer competitive pay, flexibility, and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include daily living activities, light housekeeping, grooming, vital checks, and assistance with medications, performed with support from a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience
• Current HHA or CNA license OR 1 year caregiver experience
• BLS CPR certification with in-person component
• Level II background check

Pay Range: $17-19/hour

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs):

• Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 32 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Home Care Field Employees working less than 32 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.
