Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Apollo Beach is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our compassionate team. You will support clients with daily living activities while working within your community.

This position offers flexible shifts ranging from 4-12 hours based on availability, a starting pay of $17-$18 per hour, and access to various benefits, including medical and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work experience is required.
• Current HHA - Home Health Aide or CNA License is mandatory.
• Must be BLS Certified CPR.
• Level II Background Check is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Help with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Conduct vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration.
• Assist with medication and transportation.
• Manage home tasks like laundry and meal prep.

• Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 32 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
