Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities in the Indianapolis area. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and support clients to maintain independence.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Six months CNA experience in health care.
State-approved CNA competency evaluation completed.
Sympathetic attitude toward care and ability to handle job demands.
Current CPR certificate recommended.
Reads, writes, and speaks English as needed for the job.
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
Assist with meals and light housekeeping.
Provide basic patient care under supervision of a nurse.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
Support patients with mobility devices and daily living tasks.
Follow care plans and safety protocols.
Maintain client dignity and independence.
