Job summary

Always Best Care South Florida is seeking CNAs or HHAs to provide compassionate in-home care for veterans and seniors on the Treasure Coast. You’ll be the trusted daily presence, helping clients stay safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

Enjoy flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), daily pay options, and a supportive team including 24/7 RN backup. W-2 employment with taxes handled and paid orientation and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Provide in-home, one-on-one care to Veterans and seniors.
• English fluency (spoken and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Monitor health with vitals checks, meds reminders, glucose & BP checks.
• Provide companionship and safety supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities like meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, comfortable home environment.

We’re looking for caregivers that are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care to local Veterans and seniors—helping them remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home.

Your Role:

As a caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate support such as:

• Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.

• Companionship: Conversation, emotional support, safety supervision
• Daily Living: Meal prep, errands, light housekeeping

What You’ll Need:

• A heart for care-giving
• English fluency (spoken & written)
• Level 2 Background Check + drug screening
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle & auto insurance (with bodily injury coverage)
• Recent TB test & physical (within 1 year)
• Current CPR certification (within 2 years
• Up-to-date on all required CEUs
• Prior experience caring for seniors
