Job summary

Always Best Care South Florida is seeking CNAs or HHAs for in-home care in Port Saint Lucie. You will provide one-on-one support to veterans and seniors, helping them stay safe, independent, and comfortable at home.

We offer full-time or part-time schedules, competitive pay ($17–$19/hour), and daily pay options. Enjoy a supportive team with RN backup, paid orientation, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• English fluency (spoken and written)
• Heart for caregiving
• Level 2 Background Check + drug screening
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle & insurance
• TB test & physical within 1 year
• CPR certification (within 2 years)
• Up-to-date CEUs
• Prior experience caring for seniors

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Health Monitoring: Med reminders, vitals, glucose & BP checks
• Companionship: Conversation, emotional support, safety supervision
• Daily Living: Meal prep, errands, light housekeeping
• Mobility: Transfers, walking support, repositioning
• Home Safety: Keeping the home clean, safe, and cozy
