Job summary

Always Best Care South Florida is seeking compassionate CNAs or HHAs to provide one-on-one in-home care across Hobe Sound and surrounding areas. You will support seniors to stay safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes, delivering personal care, health monitoring, companionship and mobility assistance.

This role offers full-time or part-time schedules, competitive pay at $18/hour with daily pay options, and W-2 employment with benefits.

Qualifications

• CNAs or HHAs welcome to apply with in-home care experience
• English fluency required (speaking and writing)
• Background check and drug screening required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance
• TB test and physical within 1 year
• CPR certification within 2 years
• Up-to-date CEUs
• Prior experience caring for seniors

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Health Monitoring: vitals checks, med reminders
• Companionship and safety supervision
• Daily Living assistance: meal prep, errands, light housekeeping
• Mobility support: transfers, walking assistance
• Home Safety: maintain a safe, clean home environment

Your Role:
