Job summary

Brightstar Care (TomCat HC) is seeking reliable CNAs and HHAs to provide one-on-one in-home care for clients in Indiana. You’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor health conditions, administer medication reminders, and support safety and well-being in the home.

Join a team supervised by our clinical and office staff, with opportunities for flexible shifts across evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel between client homes is required, so a valid Indiana license, driver’s license, and

Responsibilities

Join Our Team as a CNA or HHA!

We are seeking reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one patient care in clients’ homes. In this role, you’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor health conditions, and help ensure each client’s safety and well-being.

You will work under the supervision of our clinical team and office staff while collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Light housekeeping and administrative tasks may also be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care Assistance – Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
Mobility Support – Assist with transfers, repositioning, and safe movement within the home.
Medication Reminders – Support clients in following prescribed medication schedules.
