Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Hospice in Utah is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver personalized, comfort-focused care to hospice patients in homes and care settings. You will assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ADLs, help with positioning and transfers, and provide one-on-one support under the hospice plan of care.

This role requires current CNA certification, CPR/BLS as required, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other ADLs.
• Help with positioning, transfers, mobility, and comfort needs.
• Provide one-on-one care in patients' homes or care settings.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Support patients and families with kindness, dignity, and respect.
