Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide basic, patient-focused care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will perform delegated tasks to support patient care and ensure a holistic approach with dignity and respect.

The role requires CNA credentials in good standing, BLS certification within 45 days, and strong communication and organizational skills. This position is part-time with a 32-hour minimum in a 6-week period.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED/HSED.
• CNA - Nurse Aide in good standing with the State Registry.
• CPR - BLS certification (AHA) must be obtained within 45 days.
• No experience required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds; use assistive devices for heavier lifts.
