Generations Home Care seeks a caring CNA/HCA to join our Tacoma/Pierce County home care team. This variable hour role offers flexible scheduling and pay from $21 to $40 per hour, with opportunities for part-time or full-time hours based on client needs and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Current CNA certification in Washington or ability to earn within 200 days.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification current or ability to obtain.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meals, and laundry.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed and follow procedures.
• Document care activities promptly in policy-compliant systems.
• Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare team to ensure quality care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
