Job summary

EverHome HealthCare in Redmond, WA is seeking motivated CNAs and HCAs for both part-time and full-time roles. The team supports clients across Snohomish, King, and Pierce counties, focusing on independence and meaningful daily living.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CNA or HCA license (or student with NAR license).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English).
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to care per the plan of care.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Experience in a home care setting is a plus.
• Nurse Delegation certification is a plus and will increase shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Providing care for clients per their Plan of Care.
• Assisting with personal care and hygiene.
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding.
• Transporting clients to appointments and errands.
• Ensuring a safe environment for clients.
• Documenting and updating client care records.
