Job summary

Right at Home Seattle is hiring compassionate CNAs and HCAs to provide in-home care for seniors across Seattle, Eastside, and Pierce County. You will support daily activities, transportation to appointments, and individualized care plans while maintaining dignity and independence for clients.

We offer daytime shifts (4–5 hours) with opportunities for additional hours, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package. Weekend availability is preferred to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Active WA CNA or HCA license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Comfort with 4–5 hour daytime shifts
• Weekend availability and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation with clients
• Assist with memory care and mental health support
• Assist with mobility, transfers and light exercise
• Meal preparation and medication reminders
• Personal hygiene support (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Light housekeeping

You Hold an Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) license in WA? You can pass a criminal background check? You are comfortable working 4-5-hour, stacking daytime shifts with opportunities for additional hours? You have weekend Availability? You are comfortable taking clients to Dr. Appointments, running errands, out to the community? If you answered "yes" to all of the above,
