Right At Home - Northwest Homecare & Staffing Services in Washington invites you to join a role offering flexible schedules to care for seniors in King and Snohomish counties. Build a schedule that fits your lifestyle while delivering compassionate companionship and essential support at home.

You will assist with memory care, mobility, meals, medication reminders, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, transportation, and pet care, typically in 4–5 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or Home Care Aide certification required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable commute.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Comfortable working with pets in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
• Support memory care and mental health needs.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercise.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Assist with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Light housekeeping and transportation help when needed.
• Care for pets and coordinate with families.
• Schedule shifts between 4- to 5-hour blocks.

• 9am - 1pm, 10am - 2pm, 11am - 3pm, 1pm - 5pm, 2pm - 6pm, 8am - 4pm.
