Cascade Living Group’s Ashley Gardens of Mt. Vernon, WA, is seeking a Caregiver (HCA/CNA) to build meaningful relationships with residents and support life skills and personal care plans.

You will work full or part time, day or swing shifts, weekend availability required, with certifications such as HCA or CNA, dementia training, and a Food Workers Card. Competitive wages and generous benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time

Responsibilities

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
• Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day
• Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of the company
