Job summary

• Assists with bowel and bladder needs and monitors urine output; handles drainage bags as needed.
• Obtains and documents vital signs and reports deviations to the nurse.
• Assists with ambulation, positioning, transfers, and safe patient movement.
• Prepares patients for meals and assists with feeding and dietary restrictions.
