Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow infection control procedures and safety rules.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and assist with physical care of patients including bathing, grooming and mobility.
• Perform real-time documentation of patient care and observations.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the licensed nurse.
• Assist in dining and feeding of residents and monitor intake.
• Transport patients to therapy appointments as needed.
• Support recreational and social activities for patients.
• Respond promptly to call lights and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain patient rights and report any abuse or safety concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of patient rooms and environment.
• Comply with infection control and hand hygiene protocols.
