Job summary

StoryPoint is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, personalized care for residents in our community. This role supports daily activities, mobility, feeding, and hygiene, ensuring resident dignity and comfort.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and be a licensed CNA in accordance with state laws; prior healthcare or geriatric experience is preferred. Full-time benefits and varied shifts offered across multiple days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous Healthcare, Geriatrics or elderly population experience preferred.
• Must be a licensed, Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.

Responsibilities

• Leads and provide 1440 care.
• Review Resident Care Plans at start of shift.
• Bathe and clean residents by bed bath, shower or whirlpool as needed.
• Assist in dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Make beds, change linens, and maintain room cleanliness.
• Assist with meals, trays, and snacks for residents needing assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nurse.
