Sanford Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in long-term care facilities. You will assist with daily living activities, take vital signs, and support the nursing team under RN supervision. Adherence to infection control and care plans is essential.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or in process and maintained.
• Minimum age 16 years.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Record vital signs and report changes to RN.
• Support transferring, repositioning, and mobility with proper technique.
• Document resident care and communicate needs to the care team.
• Participate in activities and assist with routine tasks as directed by supervisors.
