Job summary

Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with person-centered care across daily living activities. Compensation ranges from $19 to $24 per hour, plus differential, with a schedule of two weekdays and every other weekend (approx.

24 hours/week) from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. We offer comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with 3% match, onsite clinics, dining discounts, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and companionship.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed in a timely manner.
