Job summary

The Orchards Health Center in California is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our assisted living and skilled nursing community. This full-time role includes AM (6AM-2PM) and PM (2PM-10PM) shifts, with some Saturday options.

As a CNA, you’ll assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, mobility, and daily tasks, keep rooms safe and clean, and support meal service. We offer substantial growth, tuition assistance, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant Competency Program, with current certification in the state of California.
• Experience with customer service is highly preferred.
• Required strong communication skills and the ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to work in a heath care and CCRC environment.
• Legally Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising.
• Assist residents with transfers, transports, and escorts as needed.
• Keep rooms safe and orderly, this may include changing bed linens and making beds.
• Provide meal service in the dining room and engage residents in activities.
