Qualifications

• Must hold active CNA certification in the state of practice (Illinois).
• Prior CNA experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; professional image in appearance and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assist residents with daily needs and personal care.
• Assist with activity preparation and social programs; support routine activities per standards and licensing requirements.
• Provide basic nursing care under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.
