Fair Oaks Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in South Beloit, IL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, and routine tasks under the supervision of licensed nurses.

We value a compassionate, flexible, energetic team member with excellent written and oral communication and a professional appearance. Active CNA certification in the state is required; prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have active CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Prior CNA experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide basic nursing assistance under the supervision of licensed nurses.
• Support residents with activities and social programs as scheduled.
