Qualifications
- CNA license in Missouri is required.
- COVID-19 vaccination completed or willingness to vaccinate.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents with activities of daily living.
- Encourage residents to socialize and engage with others to maintain spirits.
- Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene needs.
- Distribute meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
- Make beds and keep residents' spaces clean and tidy.
- Perform other daily care tasks for residents.
