Signature HealthCARE Hartford Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join a 110-bed facility delivering resident-centered care and quality life initiatives. You will provide direct resident care under supervision, support ADLs, and help maintain a warm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Assistant certification in the state of employment.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to collaborate with nursing staff as part of a care team.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• Independent, adaptable, and professional in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under licensed nursing personnel supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) within scope.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other resident information.
• Assist with resident mobility, transfers, and appropriate use of assistive devices.
• Promote a compassionate, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff when requested.
