Job summary

Lion Care in Florida is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate care team. The CNA will interact directly with patients, monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and serve as a vital link between patients and nurses.

Responsibilities include helping with meals, personal hygiene, implementing adjunct care, recording vitals, and supporting staff. The position offers full-time hours with various shifts and a sign-on bonus of up to $2,400.

Qualifications

• Certification as a CNA and completion of required training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and empathetic bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including meals, mobility, and hydration.
• Help patients with personal hygiene and bathing tasks.
• Provide adjunct care such as ice packs and therapeutic baths.
• Check vital signs and record in patient charts.
• Support nurses and other staff as needed.
• Work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely.
• Maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
