Job summary

Hendricks Community Hospital Association in MN is seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team in long‑term care.

You will assist residents with ADLs, uphold care plans, and support emotional and physical wellbeing. Weekend and holiday rotations apply; weekend differential and shift differentials available.

Starting wage is $22.50 per hour, experience‑based; training provided for motivated applicants.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved nursing assistant training program.
• Previous healthcare facility experience preferred but willing to train.
• Genuine interest in geriatrics.
• Provide resident care following individual care plans.
• Assist with ADLs and support residents' physical and emotional well‑being.
• Communicate positively with residents and respond to behaviors.
• Adhere to team concepts and infection control procedures.
• Know safety and emergency procedures for long‑term care.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle stressful conditions.
• Lift weight in excess of 25 pounds; moderate to heavy physical work.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, mobility.
• Provide personal care per care plans and monitor resident well‑being.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and proper hand hygiene.
• Communicate with residents and team regarding care needs and changes.
