Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Provides personal services and escorts residents to beauty shop, activities and meals.
• Monitors health changes and reports resident events.
• Assists with dining and medication reminders as needed.
• Delivers meal trays to residents unable to attend dining room.
• Supports resident-centered activity programs and attends trainings.
