Job summary

Mount Airy Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Fulltime Certified Nursing Assistant 1 (CNA) to provide direct patient care to our residents at our Mount Airy facility in Maryland. The role offers a sign-on bonus and a shift differential to recognize dedicated support staff.

The successful candidate will work closely with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing education. CNA certification and a training certificate are required.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• Certificate in Nursing Assistant training program.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with ADLs, vital signs, and medical treatments.
• Work with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and concise records of patient care and services provided.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices.
