Job summary

Cypress Cove is hiring a Full-Time CNA for the overnight shift (11pm–7am) at The Lodge, its Skilled Nursing facility in Fort Myers, FL. Pay is $17.87/hour, experienced-based. You will provide direct care, help with daily activities, and ensure resident comfort and safety in a fast-paced community.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with current license.
• Overnight shift experience is a plus.
• Ability to deliver direct care and assist with daily activities.
• Strong observation and call bell response.
• Interest and compassion for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Delivering direct care to residents and helping with day-to-day activities.
• Maintaining resident comfort and safety.
• Observing residents and responding to call bells promptly.
• Support residents in activities and rehabilitation as needed.
