The Hillcrest of North Dallas is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our care team in Dallas, TX. This full-time role offers on-site shifts, opportunities for competitive wages, and on-the-spot interviews.

We value compassion, clear communication, and teamwork as we provide resident-centered care. Qualified applicants must hold CNA certification, have at least six months of experience, and be fluent in English to interact with residents, families, and staff effectively.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Minimum 6 months experience as CNA or clinical experience during certification program.
• Desire to serve the ill, aged and infirm.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to deal tactfully with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• Must be in good general health and emotionally stable.

Responsabilités

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide quality care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed areas.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean and accessible to residents.
