Preston House is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide daily living assistance and compassionate care for residents in our home. The role requires a state CNA certification, current CPR preferred, and a high school diploma or GED.

This full-time position is on-site with first shift coverage. You will support residents' physical and emotional needs, maintain HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and bedside manner with residents and health professionals.
• Ability to work independently within a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living, including turning, ambulation, and delivering meals.
• Provide personal hygiene assistance and daily comfort measures.
• Deliver adjunct patient care as needed under supervision.
• Monitor and document residents' intake and outputs for health records.
• Follow infection control practices and HIPAA guidelines.
