Job summary

BrioHR Pte Ltd is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for a full-time role in Jackson, MI. The schedule is 1:00pm–9:30pm, with 40 hours per week and a 4th weekend rotation, including after-hours on-call shifts.

Travel between Jackson, Lenawee and Hillsdale counties is required to provide Home Based Care and Day Center services. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support comfort and dignity for participants cared for by Thome PACE in the community.

Qualifications

• A current and valid Michigan CNA Certification, required.
• CPR Certified or willing to optain.
• Six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed CNA, preferred.
• Prior home care experience, preferred.
• The ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions.
• A heart for helping others and the physical ability to lift, stand, bend, transfer, stretch, walk, push, and pull as needed.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds frequently is required
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hands-On Care – Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support Mealtime– Help participants enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
• Keep Things Moving – Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers.
• Perform Vital Checks – Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
• Maintain Comfort & Care – Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials.
• Provide Responsive Support – Respond with kindness and compassion.
• Monitor with Watchful Eyes – Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP.
• Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism – Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.
• On-Call Responsibilities: Participate in after-hour on-call rotations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Rotation Schedule: Be available for evening and weekend shifts as part of the rotation.
