Job summary

BrioHR Pte Ltd in Monroe, MI is seeking a Home Care Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for full-time in-home care. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, and provide companionship to participants receiving home-based services.

The role requires a Michigan CNA certification, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexibility to cover evenings and one weekend per month. Travel between Washtenaw, Monroe, Western Wayne, Livingston, and parts of Oakland counties is

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Must be certified as a Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Michigan.
Ability to lift and move objects up to 35 pounds without assistance.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Flexibility to provide evening and weekend coverage.
Minimum 1 year of experience with the elderly.
CPR certification is desired or obtained within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on care in the home – bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Maintain comfort by assisting with housekeeping tasks.
Support mealtime and hydration for good health.
Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
Keep rooms tidy and stocked with essentials.
Provide compassionate, respectful care and report changes to leadership promptly.
